I don't think it detracts from the effectiveness of the clean, though. In fact, the brush mode is fairly gentle. Perhaps because it doesn't oscillate, the vibration intensity isn't as strong as you might be used to. When I manually brush my teeth, my idea of two minutes tends to be shorter than it actually is, so I appreciate the incorporation of the timer. It alerts you every 30 seconds to switch areas, then turns off automatically after two minutes. We stayed on the third floor for both visits. lol After a transatlantic flight, I was very grateful for the 24/7 espresso, latte, cappucino, give-me-some-caffeine coffee machine. My husband later found the ice cream machine and enjoyed. The buffet is mostly breads and a few small items. We arrived early morning and they gladly stored our luggage and invited us to enjoy breakfast. This is a small, boutique hotel that is in business because of its location and excellent customer service. Upon arriving you take a (very slow) lift to reception. The taxi stand is just a few feet from the entrance of the hotel.

The taxi to/from the airport was about 30 euro plus a tip. They also tucked a bottle of cava into our mini fridge. The manager honored the TripAdvisor coupon for both stays, so our third floor room with a balcony overlooking La Rambla was 113 euro per night.
As with all properties, there are pros and cons. This was our first trip to Barcelona and being right on La Rambla near Placa Catalunya met our needs. We stayed several days pre and post cruise during the last of April/first of May.
